Hello, my name is Bethânia, yes yes, a very traditional name :) I'm from São Paulo's country side but I already live in São Paulo's downtown for almost 8 years, just because I'm passionate for the mess of this concrete jungle. I'm graduated and post graduated in Tourism and, at this moment, I'm studing to get a position at Masters in Tourism at Univesidade de São Paulo (USP), so you can can see that I love studying this subject and I also love to work with Tourism. I have already worked to travel agencies and the biggest hotels in São Paulo, but forget that formality of hotels staff if you choice me to be your local friend, I just ask you to use comfortable shoes because I really like to walk. I can show you all São Paulo's downtown explaining the history with some nice stops to taste snacks in some nice places and see some buildens that are completely forgoten by paulistanos and tourists guides. São Paulo can offer any kind of food you want, some specialized streets, nice and friendly people and the best public transportation in Brazil. What kind of tours I can make for you: Historic tour; Architetonic tour; Gay friendly tour (no, I`m not gay, but my best friends are so I know many gay friendly places and, of course, I can introduce you to my friends); Geeky tour; Shopping Tour; Ecologic tour (yes, in São Paulo we still have forest!); Museums tour; Hipster tour; Vegan tour (yes, I am vegetarian, but I still can show you nice stake houses) And any special tour we can design together :) Also I have many fantastic friends and, if they are available we can bring them with us to make a nice barbecue, a picnic, visit a night club or any event, because I'm very linked with São Paulo's calendar of events ;) If it is necessary, I can arrange a driver to visit cities near to São Paulo and also I can be your translator for a few days.
