Sports have been my go-to for as long as I can remember – there's something about the rush of competition that I just can't get enough of. But beyond the field or the court, I've always been a bit of a softie. My sensitivity and empathy have led me down paths like caregiving, where I've had the privilege of offering support to those who need it most.
